Product Description
A lidded deep pan, perfect for cooking for 1-2 people.
Its deep shape allows you to enjoy dishes with plenty of liquid, such as ajillo and aquapazza.
It catches ingredients like sausages that tend to roll away, and the deep design also reduces oil splatter.
With a thick iron plate of 3.2mm, heat is transferred slowly and evenly to ingredients, allowing you to perfectly grill thick-cut steaks.
The lid has a good height, making it easy to cook larger ingredients.
This is a high-quality cooking utensil, with all parts produced by craftsmen in Tsubame-Sanjo.

It retains heat well, so food stays warm and delicious.
The square body and corner-mounted handle make it convenient for pouring liquids.
Comes with a storage bag, and the lid knob can be removed so the pan and lid can be nested for compact storage.

The height inside the lid is approximately 45mm. This added height makes cooking thick ingredients effortless.

The handle is installed at the corner.
Combined with the square shape, it's designed for easy pouring of liquids.

The approximately 3.2mm thick iron plate transfers heat evenly and slowly, even for thick-cut steaks. With a depth of approximately 40mm, you can also enjoy dishes with plenty of liquid.

Although unused, please understand that this is a pre-owned item.
